Upload any clear, front-facing photo where your face is visible. Natural lighting works best. Avoid sunglasses, heavy filters, or photos where your face is partially obscured. Selfies, ID photos, and casual snapshots all work well.
FedShot works best for LinkedIn, agency directories, speaker bios, internal profiles, and official communications where your office allows submitted photos. It is not a replacement for agency-captured PIV enrollment photos, and USAJobs resumes should not include photos.
