Questions

How do I add a federal payday calendar to Outlook at work?

Choose the Outlook link for the calendar you want, or in Outlook on the web open Calendar, then Add calendar, then Subscribe from web, and paste the calendar's .ics address. Some agencies block internet calendars on work accounts; if yours does, subscribe on your phone or personal calendar instead.

Which payday calendar should I pick?

Pick the payroll provider that pays you, not your agency's name. GSA, NFC, DFAS and Interior's IBC each set their own deposit dates. Your earnings statement shows the provider. FedTools publishes GSA and NFC feeds today.

Will the calendars update if a date changes?

Yes. Subscribed calendars refresh on their own, usually daily, so a correction we make reaches your calendar without re-subscribing. A downloaded .ics file does not update.
